DMPipe-Chart – The system for generating the training process chart

Purpose

The training process chart generation system ensures the automated design and development of individual emergency events providing for a maximum decrease in the impact of errors made by the trained oil transport personnel on the overall level of industrial safety when resources become limited.

Description

The concept used to design out this module is based on using the tools of the so called “fault tree”. The main elements used to plot out the tree are the internal events of a system (sudden component failures, gradual change in process flow parameters to the alert level), the external events (instructions to change process conditions, exposure to external factors) and the actions of the trainee himself / herself (proper and well-timed or improper and ill-timed).
